Recruiting and retaining core employees is a vital HR function. Your compensation and benefits policy and structure is key to achieving this.

Based upon a total reward strategy, we will help create a balanced compensation and benefits package that meets the needs of your business and your employees. We can advise on compensation structures that are competitive in the marketplace and recognise the link between performance and incentive where elements of variable pay are applicable. Equally, a key retention principle is that of relating benefits to the expectation of your employees as well as to their life cycle in the company. Focused benefits will help keep down your labour turnover and associated costs.

We can help with:

  • auditing your existing structure
  • assessing its competitiveness and effectiveness
  • designing new or adapting current packages
