Jim’s corporate and interim HR management career spans both public and private sectors. He provides HR leadership, managerial capability and technical expertise in support of organisational development and employee / industrial relations initiatives.
As an interim manager, his approach to performance and results delivery focuses on effective planning and project management, teamwork and team-building, identifying and managing stakeholder needs, due diligence and risk mitigation, coaching and (as appropriate) skills transfer. This approach recognises the need to continually develop and reinforce the leadership, accountability, ownership and skills of client organisation managers throughout often challenging change initiatives.
